The Design Manager plays a critical dual role as both a senior creative authority and a strategic team leader, steering international hospitality projects through every phase of the design life cycle. / REQUIREMENTS
Progressive background with 10+ years of interior design experience, including 3–5 years in a dedicated managerial or team leadership capacity.
Proven track record of successfully delivering a diverse portfolio of hospitality and high-end residential developments.
High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of BIM/Revit workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
Exceptional design sensibilities, sharp problem-solving capabilities under pressure, and superior communication skills in fluent English.
