The Technical Designer translates design concepts into comprehensive, buildable drawing packages for hospitality interiors, conducting quality control checks across issued sets, managing cross-disciplinary clash detection, and maintaining studio drawing standards. Responsible for producing drawing documentation sets, this role resolves joinery details, material interfaces, and MEP and consultant/project management and client coordination before site execution. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, deep knowledge of building codes, and exceptional technical accuracy.
