The 3D Visualizer transforms architectural layouts and concept mood boards into high-end spatial renderings and visual assets for hospitality projects. Working closely with the design team, this role translates lighting setups, material textures, and testing spatial proportions into photorealistic visual narratives to support project proposals and client presentations. Candidates must demonstrate expert knowledge of standard and AI rendering software, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray/Corona, and Photoshop within a commercial or hospitality context.
