The Senior Interior Designer leads the client, creative narrative, aesthetic vision, and technical execution of hospitality projects from concept through completion. This role oversees complex documentation packages, directs multidisciplinary consultant teams, mentoring design staff and serves as a key client liaison. He/she requires extensive boutique and/or hospitality experience, strong technical governance, and proven team leadership.

/ REQUIREMENTS
Deep integration of 5-star hospitality operator standards (e.g., Marriott/Hilton), guest experience, and multidisciplinary coordination (MEP, lighting, structure).
Strong leadership presence, decision-making, and ability to defend concept directions.
Professional in Vietnamese and English proficiency for technical/consultant discussions.
